Dear owner, your petrol attendants are running this place inefficiently. I’ve just visited, they close most pumps. I’m enquiry after seeing what a backlog is taking place about whether they had fuel. The answer was yes and they only have two pumps working. The rest have not been operational for a while. As the cars started to pile up further, they then said come over to the pump which wasn’t working. Really poor service from this station

Im currently sitting here waiting for service. The petrol attendant infront of me filled one car while the guy next to me filled 3 cars in the same time period. Im literally waiting unattended! Extremely frustrating as I always fill up here and never experienced this before!!!!

Car wash staff is friendly however They wash the car and wait for it to dry in the sun causing water marks instead of wiping immediately.

Stuff is always friendly, very close to the highway. A quick fill up before hitting that long trip, they even offer to check the car tyre, oil and water always😊☺

The home of beggarsLast night 2017-12-25 around 10.40pm I arrived at the station to get coffee...I was approached by beggars for some change like always while ordering my coffee I noticed the beggars fight amongs themselves using weapons I approached the ever so dead tellers at the shell cafe to call the security as I have my kids in the car sleeping she goes to me call them they outside “Really’ I’m staff now while the fight continues the guy breaks away and shelters himself in the cafe for protection while the others wait aggressively outside.....never took long for them to storm in charging this guys and start to stab the literally in front of us..in this state customers ran in fear of they life.....“If they staff were proactive been warned before time by me it would have not gone that far”Please dont take belongings with you when going there those beggars are heavily armed

Terrible experience at the vida e caffe. Rude, obnoxious staff. Dirty water glasses. Clearly staff training is required.

Nooo fooook the service at this garage is bull nxa sies man I asked an attendant to check my tyre pressure and they told me to do it myself what the hell is that?

Terrible service from attendant (Petrus). The only thing he uttered was kilos, referring to my mileage as I utilised a fuel card. At least the tyre pressure gauge worked this time...

Went in this morning, the lady behind the counter did not even acknowledge me not even a glance my way! Her name started of with Rhuz.....I asked her if she was okay, didnt acknowledge my question, I asked her if she worked night shift and in a dead tone she says, Im tired, to which my response was Thats NO EXCUSE for your bad manners, and non absent customer service.... Theres millions of people looking for a Job!

Amazing car wash. The service there is just superb.

Very conveniently located, just a jump off the M1 in Johburg. Quite busy at times but staff are trying hard to get you in and out Formula1 style which is great for business people.

Great garage with a well equipped convenience store and a great car wash.

They have automatic air pressure for your tires. It is a lot more accurate.

CARWASH: Ill gladly share the photos of what my car looked like after the wash. I also had an extreme slow service compared to all the times Ive had any of my cars washed there before. Double the time, quarter of the quality.Ill fill up, buy snacks and coldrinks for the road, where I have my car washed in future.
