My exhuast on my Combi was packing up, Powerflow has been Rembrandt park for awhile now, so I went and tried them, they did a very nice job on the exhaust and their pricing was not bad.

Appalling service from Butch the owner; arrogant, rude and needs to learn how to treat and talk to customers.Dropped my car off at 8 as I was told to, was then told I would be phoned at 12. Had to phone in at 12:20 since nobody got back to me and was then told that it should take another 45 minutes. So I got there at about 1:30 - still not done. Finally at 4 they were done. Went to look at it and found that the left tailpipe was way too close to the diffuser (basically touching) and told them that I wanted it further away. So as a quick fix, Butch and one of his workers decided to put steel pipes in the exhausts and physically stretch the pipes apart, and surprise, someone slips and scratches my bumper. First he starts shouting at his worker like it was all his fault and he then insisted to use his magic polish which obviously didnt work as the scratch was deep and into the paint. Eventually got him to stop trying and when paying, he clearly didnt enjoy the constructive criticism as when I told him that I really wasnt happy, the response was what now?.Whatever you do, stay away from this shop

Bad if not the worst workmanship ive seen so far took the car in for an exhaust knock paid to have it redone got it back with a worse know take a look under the car and the pipes were not even aligned with the holes on the boxes all welded skew for an exhaust place this has got to be the worst i have seen took my car to power pipes in fordsburg very good work done there never again would i use powerflow ever daylight robbery
