Don’t do it! Over charges on invoice and added extra days in orders to charge more. Internet booking amount was doubled at the branch. Booking with EuropCar is not worth the headache and they still haven’t returned my over charges and full deposit.Call Centre not helpful at all. Basically another deceitful rental company. Just don’t book with them.They even charged me for refueling. even though I returned the vehicle with a full tank and a receipt to prove it.

The vehicle was due at 15:40 and rented for 4 days.But the invoice shows I was delivered at 15:30 and picked up at 15:40This is clearly a scam to add an extra day. Hence it shows a rental for 5 days.The document fee was already included in the initial quote but it has been charged again.It is ridiculous that my bill is more than double the initial quoted price. I was even charged a delivery fee, of which I confirmed it was a complimentary service. I live 3 kms from the Kramerville branch.A refueling fee was charged amongst other miscellaneous charges.The worst rental experience! The call Centre was useless and my refunds and deposit was never returned. Typical scam from a car rental company!!Don’t rent from EuropCar, you will regret it!

The branch in Johannesburg is actually very well organised. Very helpful. But in cape town I am very disappointed.
