If youre looking for personalised service and friendly staff who treat you like their only customer then this is the place to take your vehicle. I am thrilled with the service and product. I dont recall my car ever looking as good as it does now. To explain it in simple terms is not easy but my best attempt to do so is just WOW!!! I wish this was how every aftermarket shop was run. Fantastic job guys. I will be back on your floor again.

I took my BMW M140i for Ceramic coating last year in September and it has been almost 6 months now. After i had to take my car back because i founded that some of my cars outside trims and panels as well as my interior was not coated as per the Gold Package i paid for. Well it is almost 6 months now and i must say that the product is highly disappointing as it does not live up to all the promises and advertisements. I would not recommend this product to anybody, it costs allot and you definitely do not get what you are paying for!!.Another thing that is of concern to me is that after almost 6 moths i have not had any follow up from Ceramic Pro Santon to ask me if i was satisfied with the product even up until now have not heard a word from them. In my books if you pay that kind of money you should get the customer service with it, and Ceramic Pro Sandton has failed to do so. Like i said my advice, STAY AWAY!.

Contacted head office for a price on doing just my front bumper. I was given a price list showing R3000 for the bumper and told to contact Sandton. I then received a call from Radhika Naidoo. Telephonically, she agreed to do the bumper for the R3k. I confirmed this on 2 separate calls before taking the car in on a Friday morning. After arranging my meetings around this morning, i get told at the premises that there is a lot of material needed and the job cannot be done at that price. She says to me that i need to give her 4k just for the bumper. I refused because this was a bait and switch backyard type of scam. Tried to convince me that an opel astraH bumper was bigger than one of the more expensive German R1m+ vehicle that come through her business. I even called an uber that needed to be cancelled after she changed her mind about the job at the last minute. All through my conversations with her, she kept talking about customers that brought in expensive cars and that i wouldnt want to hear about the more expensive higher quality products. Very pompous character and doesnt have a clue about good customer treatment.I was judged for the fact that my car wasnt the big R1m or R2m customers that they normally accustomed to pathetic behaviour from shallow people.Never again. Decided to take my car to VPS MIDRAND. Excellent customer service experienced now for the second time. It was a big mistake ever considering an alternative.I suggest you tame your judgemental self because some people, although they drive R100k cars, can buy your business, cash, without help from their private bankers and still have change left over!
