I have been looking for a large 4 x 4 vehicle that I could use for holidays etc. My budget only allowed me to buy a used vehicle. I have spent a number of years working in the industry and have a number of contacts in the industry, including Franz and Johan at Vee Motors. I asked my contacts to be on the look-out for an appropriate. Johan and Franz were very pro-active in finding a vehicle for me. I bought a used 2007 Toyota Prado, from Vee Motors, which I never physically inspected given that I was unable to because I live in Cape Town. Johan sent me detailed information on the history of the vehicle, reconditioning done and a number of images showing me all aspect of the vehicle. Johan arranged to have the vehicle transported to Cape Town and I am pleased to say that I enjoy my Prado very much and would recommend any friend or member of my family to buy from Vee motors.

Ive been in the motor industry for more 15 years and have been dealing with clients every day of my life, and I commend Johan the sales manager for his excellent customer service relations and how professional he is....I looked at a vehicle late the afternoon it was just after 16H00 and he took me through the whole car showed me the service history even went out of his way to go and see if the vehicle still has its spare key, I told him it will be a cash purchase and he worked out a better price for me. i told i like the vehicle by this time it was around 16H35 and that I will be there at 08H00 the next morning to do a eft for the vehicle, he printed the offer to purchase for me and said I need to pay a holding deposit, now this is where the true test came in Im a man of my word and wanted to test the trust worthiness of his character and make sure that I,m not dealing with someone that wants a to finalize a deal. He insured me that the car will be ready and at the back for me to test drive and make payment if im happy.i was very surprised when i stopped there at 08H00 to find that he also kept to his word and the vehicle was indeed refueled and ready to be test driven, I just knew i could trust the deal and went on the test drive and made payment on my arrival back at vee motors. he said he will try and do the road worthiness and registration before the end of the day at 13H30 i received a call that i can fetch my vehicle and when I got there it was ready even had i nice little ribbon on the bonnet, made the purchase feel very special and as if it was a big achievement .well done to Johan and his team at Vee Motors you guys are amazing and i most certainly refer your professional services as a pre-owned motor vehicle dealer to everyone I know wants to purchase a vehicleTHANKS FOR THE AMAZING CLIENT SERVICE GUYS!!! I was buying a Ford focus at vee motors. My salesperson was Andre. The service I got is very poor. I regret buying a car at vee motors. They sold a car to knowing that the car has got problems and they let me buy it like that and had to fix it by myself. Same day after driving it the Engen light comes out. I had to struggle alone with the parts trying to fix my car alone. Poor service and the manager was Johan very rude to me.

Bad experience. We bought a car, it had a faulty gearbox from day 1, and needed a R40k replacement. After about a month and legal action, they offered to swop the car. The 2nd car was sold to us above retail, and had multiple defects ranging from shocks, exhaust, engine mountings and the AC unit that packed up within 2 months. We suspect that the car suffered some sort of damage and was repaired by amateurs before we bought it, and is costing us a lot of money. Vee motors offers friendly service, but not to be trusted.
