I dealt with an Errol Spangenberg at the dealer. He was not very eager to do business. Had to initiate conversation often to get feedback on an application. I get the feeling dealing with a buyer in Cape Town was too much admin, but business is business and this was really the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Needless to say, I ended up buying a VW in Cape Town, so VW Hatfield Rivonia, your customer service is poor and you are probably losing out on sales as a result.

Friendly, helpful and very clean.

Service was good. The pickup was a mess. The driver phoned me at 15h55 telling me he will be outside at 16h00. I stood outside ready and a different driver only pitched at 16h30. He tried to apologise, but this is just not acceptable. If they were super busy I could maybe excuse them, but there were no traffic and when I arrived they were barely busy.

The most expensive VW ever when it comes to car service. If you want to pay 50% less go to VW Strydompark randburg. Minor service is R999. 00 but at Hatfield its R2000.

Sales lady Mosa has really compromised the service supplied by VW dealerships usually. It was all fun and games to sign and take the car from her as she is ever ready, however the leg work and the other important information that needed to be completed was alas a miserable ongoing experience. Having been told one thing to a completely different thing in a matter of hours can frustrate the human body. Terrible service is an understatement from her.I have rated the service before but nothing seems to have been done.

For me the service that I received was not really good due to the slow service and also forgetting about the customer right after the last signature. I still have to call and remind them every time when I have to get what they supposed to have processed for me. Guess this excellent customer service is for a select few.

Unfriendly staff at the Mastercars. Wanted to look at one of the demo units advertised on the website. Car was dirty. The salesperson was unhelpful and arrogant. And has NO knowledge of the cars that he has on his own sales floor. This is a disgrace of the the VW brand!

My vehicle made a screeching noise. It sounded like metal on metal. I drove to Hatfield VW Rivonia and on my way decided to call them. A friendly service consultant by the name of Brittany took the call and was more than willing to make arrangements to have my vehicle checked out. I did not expect an ummediate fix, but when I arrived there one of the mechanical technicians known to me as Kriel attended to me immediately with an assessment and then offered to arrange a team of guys to attend and sort out the problem, while I enjoyed a bottle of cold water in the waiting area of their reception. An hour later the friendly Kriel informed me that the car was all sorted. They had to replace brake pads and discs and attended to it immediately. I was really impressed with the level of service I received. This gentleman went out of his way to sort out my problem that very moment, instead of leaving it till Monday. Thank you Rivonia VW for excellent service rendered.

Car service always seems to go smooth.Had a continuous issue recently whereby had to take my car in 2 or 3 times to sort out,issue came back...went and saw the service manager,was very willing to sort it out once and for all.

Guys were great and helpful - they need some brushing up as they did not knew the difference between cars - this seems to be a growing problem, yet they were helpful and really went all the way for me.
