Worst dealership, I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a car from. They are unprofessional, they dont tell you the truth and right after you have paid for a car you are no longer a worth client. Its been over a month since I returned their car and still have not received my deposit

The customer service was a bit slow although the vehicles that were brought for me to view took some time as they were not readily available due to the fact that they are working with appointments.I was helped , got the vehicle I absolutely LOVE and drove home happier that when I arrived.Give them a chance patience brings you GOLD.Thank You Best Cars Johannesburg.

Poor to no communication. Promises does not get fulfilled. Information is wrong that they supply to the finance person x3 times. They logged the wrong price, the wrong car and incorrect personal details for the bank contract. Never phones back when promising to follow up and provide required information. You deal with more than 1 person for 1 deal and never know who the go to person is. The main person to deal with cannot sit still and focus on you as the customer and priority at the specific time. The car is not ready for collection at the agreed and specified time. This is not an experience that I would like anybody else to experience. You as a client does not appear to be important although you are the one supplying the money.

They are not telling the truth about the cars,were they written off,were they Bank repose, is the carIn possession of a service record,dit the car really go for roadworthy. I dont need to say more,maybeLater,is busy with a legal matter. Not impressed with their services.

Bought a car from Best Cars Johannesburg and paid for it in full.Despite numerous verbal assurances prior to the purchase that the car is free of accidents, it turned out, upon testing the car, that it is Cut and Joint (meaning: 2 cars welded together) and therefore, NOT a Road Worthy and will never be as such. In short, the car is unsafe and cant be on the roads. When encountering the dealer with the discovery and requesting a full refund of the paid amount or alternatively, replacing the car with another Road Worthy one of the same value, he pretended not to know anything about the condition of the car since, according to him, the car supposedly belonged to his supplier. As of that particular incident, he is completely avoiding me and neglecting my requests. Phone calls are not answered not to mention, returned. Messages are not replied and even his few given promises to replace the car on those occasions when I came down to his place unexpectedly are not fulfilled.Realizing that there is no intention on the dealers part to resolve the matter amicably, I filed a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Further actions will be taken should circumstances so dictate.You have been warned!!!!!

The managers and staff are unfriendly, inefficient and incapable of doing excellent business. While negotiating a deal the one salesman continually jumped up and ran out of the office. Waited 2 weeks to finally receive nothing. They never respond to calls, messages or urgent requests. Stay away! You will be bitterly disappointed!

Be careful!!!! These people asked us for a R10000 deposit so that they could keep the car for us. We suffered to get the money back from them. At the end, they only paid R7000 back!!Do not pay any deposit!!!!!!!!!!
