I recently purchased a Nissan Micra for my daughter from Adamant Sales. Such a great experience dealing with the Team. They treat you like family from start to finish. Excellent service and communication. I can highly recommend them.

Bought an X5 from this place. Sales service was excellent and the place is neat, clean and tidy. Huge variety of cars. Was even given a cup of coffee as deal was done. Now comes the after sales service. I have given them a short list of stuff that needs sorting out. Owner did say they will get back to me asap. So lets see as normally the after sales service not on par.... watch this space as I will post another review.

Sold me a truck . After just a very short time and about 200 KM it broke: adamant then took it to a workshop - sat for 2 weeks - no resolution- sent to XFLOW Randburg - sat for 3 weeks - went to Nissan -2 weeks- back to XFlOW because the turbo broke that they reconditioned - no resolution and 43 K plus extra in the hole . To be as fair as I can to adamant they tried to a degree but basically have left it dumped in my hands with a massive bill with just 200 K on the clock after sale. Even bought a merc from them at the beginning Of the saga because I was sure they would resolve issue - merc had a broken shock I discovered shortly after which … to Adament credit fixed for me. Very very disappointed that we bought the truck And haven’t been able to drive the thing for 2 plus months now with no end in sight . if it wasn’t for the truck scenario I would give them 4/5 stars but be aware.Update : Adamant stepped up and swopped the truck out for same/ similar value . They did the decent thing.

Attempted to view a delivery vehicle today. Was met by the owner and discussion progressed re the vehicle. All friendly at this point. The moment I asked for a better price based on the high mileage covered he burst out in a aggressive rage. Amongst other things asked me why I waste his time if I don’t have money to buy the car.When last I checked price negotiations was part of purchasing a vehicle?If this is how they treat customers when engaging a sale I can just imagine after sales service when things go wrong.If you are in the market for a healthy dose of verbal abuse when buying your next vehicle this is the place for you.

I recently bought a VW Tiguan at Adamant car sales. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and helpfullness that I got from Wayne Janssen. You would expect some chips and marks as it is a pre-owned vehicle, but they raised the bar with the condition of the Tiguan I bought. I honestly think some of the franchise dealers can learn from Wayne and the team when it comes to quality cars and excellent service. Well done guys , keep up the good work. You will definately hear form me again
