One of the staff member was very rude, became for rough when i said no after just checked price of something with him,>this store charges extra for sunday holiday 50R, and they dont tell this when you ask break up, you will only get the total amount and if youre not checking later you will be shocked.putting the review on same day so that he should know its him

Terrible terrible service. Employee was rude. Product that i bought (samurai rubber lip) is absolutely terrible quality and dont bother phoning them because they dont answer. I would rather go to the flea market than back to autostyle.

I do not recommend using the online store at all. The website clearly isnt updated often as items are shown in stock meanwhile they dont have them available when you order. Dont waste your time rather go to the store directly.

I have been a customer of Autostyle for many years spanning over a Period of 15 Years, bought from there Dbn, Jnb and centurion branch, i must say my recent purchase was this past weekend , we ran into some issue with my vehicle when installing but I must say the situation was handled very well by Management and staff of Autostyle Mayfair, what a great bunch of guys, they went above and beyond to sort my issue out ASAP, I will surely recommend them and continue my support of this particular store, Mo the manager a great guy. Bought a battery there, the advertised price on their web page was R1095.00. they did not have stock. I then asked if he can order one, the salesman then said that he can order one but would be R1450.00. Not as advertised for R1095.00 and he told me that was an old price. (still advertised on their web page) I was then offered a different brand for R1450.00. I just took it as i drove there................ I am not impressed at all by the service and professionalism that was portrait.

Not the best of areas, but there is decent parking right outside the entrance and available keen car guards quite happy and volunteering to look after your car. Ok on arriving at Auto Style from the guys showing you where to park to the entrance of there shop and to the salesman I was welcomed into there shop. Not allowing me to stand in the queue and directing me through the pensioners line. The salesman was Very helpful. WHAT SERVICE AND RESPECT.

What they say they have on the website is not what they have in stock at the shop.Staff seems like theyre not really worried about customers, very nonchalant and somewhat rude.The older staff seem helpful but theyre not actively helping, they oversee things.It seems like they make enough money so worrying about being friendly is not even a thought.

I bought fog lights for my wifes car and asked them to fit them. I paid R800 for the fitment and their guy cracked one of the fog lights from the back.We only noticed this after we had taken the car to car wash and water had gone inside. I came back to the shop and showed them pictures expecting a replacement. They refused but rather sealed the crack. Im not happy as I didnt crack the fog light. I paid R800 for a fitment at their own shop so they should have replaced the light.

Great service at the shop. Very very wide range of motoring products. Only missing a star due to ethic and attitude of guys at the fitment Centre opposite the road.

Please dont EVER, EVER, EVER use their fitment centre. Staff are incompetent and unsupervised. They keep telling you what a difficult job they have and that you must sort something out for them, because they doing me a favour. I pay a price and I expect a service. I refused to give the staff extra money (even though my wife did) and because of that, they sabotaged my vehicle. My aircon stopped working, the radio doesnt switch off, they lost a piece of the radio cover and deliberately disconnected the AM/FM radio antenna that was originally connected. Ill have to fix this (at my own cost) at a reputable fitment center now. Management refuse to assist. They claim that, all these fault existed before. No longer the company I loved supporting when I was growing up 20 years ago.

Autostyle fordsburg refuses to acknowledge that these subs are factory fault. I purchased 3 subs of these and all cracked at the spider. I drove all the way from springs to them with no proper solution. I contacted them via whats app with no luck. I have made numerous efforts to contact Targa directly and they refuse to assist they tell me go to Autostyle. I will NEVER support them at all. Its wonderful when they take your money but will never assist when there is a problem or a reject on their products.

Had a pleasant experience

I bought fog lights yesterday they were never tested upon purchase I installed them and they were faulty. Today I returned and they said they want them in their original box they cant exchange them without a box. I then asked why dont they give me the ones they have and keep the box. I have to drive 50km to them again once I find the box. So yeah best customer service ever neh

This shop is great for variety and great prices. The sales staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful with information on their stock. If you there for a fitment or installation I feel attention to detail is lacking. If you expecting to receive your vehicle back the way it was when you got there. Prepare to be disappointed.
