The shop is loaded with goodies for every taste, however the checkout is disorganized. Two cashiers but no que system means the cashiers ignore everybody who is not standing in a fictitious centre que. Hence you might end up standing at a paypoint for 20minutes and be ignired by the cashiers

Service is a 7 letter word that means ABSOLUTELY nothing in this store. Three visits to the store in less than 4 hours and not a single smile or polite greeting from staff. Always a destination for the children...sweet paradise with a wide variety of imports. Add a dash of friendliness and professionalism from staff and you will have a great experience.

Horrible service. People kept pushing in and the employees cant manage the cues. They ignored us and helped all the people who pushed in. We put our merchandise down and just left. Wont recommend it to anyone, especially the very HIGH prices.
