Took more than a month to repair/replace my battery charger and 3 months to repair my Oz Tent. But despite assurances they erected the tent to be sure both the bent frame and the whole in the mosquito netting had been repaired, I discovered on my camping trip this December that not only had the bent frame not been repaired but the bent stay had snapped.
