MarketSA is useless and extremely unprofessional, they call me representing Standard Bank and after finalizing the transaction and sending my documents to them there is no response and when you call them the phone just keeps on ringing; I am very dissatisfied and truly Standard should not use this company for their clients if they value their clients.

Using Market SA is such a bad reflection on Standard Bank. Standard Bank uses Market SA to verify a customers supporting documents. I have applied for a credit card and have has no response from Either the bank or this Market SA. Iv called Market SA and they said they have received my documents and sent it off to Standard bank and then Standard bank says they waiting on Market SA, because they said if Market SA has infact processed my documents as they should then Standard Bank would have seen it on their system. So someone is lying here. How does such a reputable bank depend such a useless outsourcing company? This is mindblowing!

Seems all of us have exactly the same experience. And when you try and contact them the phone just keeps on ringing. All documents sent through, approval done, and Std bank knows about nothing. If these are the type of people they are using to source clients, they are being taken for a ride

The Market SA happens to be one of the companies/organisations that are extremely racist. One of their employees was dismissed for merely being 10 minutes late from lunch, he was refused transport money which was agreed upon on his contract. A Dashia who is an account manager at Hollard where the incumbent was based didnt even follow any procedure of giving the employee a verbal warning first, when we called the company a very rude Indian lady that claimed to be the HR Rep refused to give her email address in order to set an appointment for he issue to be cleared. I feel that our country is still allowing people to be oppressed, discriminated against without doing anything cause the so called rich can run away with anything...I feel that this company has to be investigated because they seem or maybe forfeit the Foschini, Hollard and other accounts...I hope EFF will intervene!

How bad a service from Market SA from a Std Bank client I have contacted them for the bad reputation you’ve given them to their clientsApplication was accepted three weeks ago and to date no progress, Rest assured the bank knows all about it
