This company keeps on sending messages to my husband’s phone number about outstanding payments at ABSA, with whom he does not have an account. I have tried phoning them on numerous occasions with no answer. I did, however, manage to speak to different people on four occasions, providing the reference number they sent in the messages. Employees confirmed the messages were not meant for my husband and promised to delete his phone number from their system - empty promises! My husband has Alzheimers and these messages cause havoc in his mind and in our home. I am really at my wits end. How do I get them off our backs, in spite of having no debt whatsoever?

I am at my wits end with this company and their operators, who by the way dies not exists. If I do press 1 to hold for an operator...well you just hold on and on and on. I am currently sitting at our switchboard in our reception area at and CSS is the only company that continuously calls our switchboard with an automated service, our telephone does not stop ringing and when we answer it is an automated bot saying this or that account is overdue...obviously NOT OURS because we dont know half the places the bot accuses us of having an account with! As a business we definitely dont have a clothing account at Donna Claire! We need a full time switchboard operator to answer the calls from the bot!! Their tracing policy boders on harassment and I am sure that the poor person that they are trying to find pays through their noses for these calls. I believe up to R600 per trace! What a disgrace!!!!!!°°

Seriously. 5 calls every single day, pretty sure its borderline harassment at this point. Ive requested a statement regarding the so called money owed. Its been 2 weeks with no statement yet I get spammed via SMS and called non stop. Get your house in order.

I have been receiving emails threatening legal action for an unpaid COJ account thats not even in my name. I have nto even heard of the name of the account i am being threatened on. I was called by a consultant and explained this is nkt my account but i continue to be harrassed with emails. I have sent emails confirming that the account in question is not mine and i still receive threats. This is a joke. In this day and age where your information should be protected, how do these organisations get access to your information and falsly accuse and threaten you with legal action. This surely comes at a cost to take this action and all that is wasted on reaching out to the incorrect people.

They called me and we made a payment arrangement so that my account can go back to the store, so i paid all the money that I must pay.After they have debited the money i didnt get an email or sms to show they have taken my account to the store and i went to Mtn to check and they told me that the CSS didnt send them an email, so what must i do now because they took my took a keep quiet, they service is so so pooor.

I have been receiving SMS for a outstanding account. now for 6-7 weeks from this company i have made every effort to get hold of them they have not returned any of my calls. i dont even have a account with the company they repesent. i contacted the company directly and they dont have any record of me. if css with just return my call i can sort this out.

Absolutely disgusting!Had a call looking for someone else (not me), and when I told the guy its not my number he had the cheek to tell me its the first time calling me and then after some attitude put the phone down on me.Unbelievable.

This css harasses people, i dont even have a Standard Bank credit card but they busy calling me, sending me useless smss. Standard Bank must get good service providers, this css has made me hate Standard Bank from all angels. I want nothing to do with anything that has to do with Standrd Bank.
