Charles did not deliver as per agreement. He promises to install in 3 days....its been four months now and he still to complete the work that i paid for....He is a smooth taker, promises and immediately i paid the money, that was be the last day saw him. His employees will drive all the way from JHB to pretoria to install one ore 2 panels. My investigations reveals thatbim not the 1st client he did this.
