More than 24 hours of downtime from June 19 - June 20...just unacceptable. The worst thing is that your servers status page is hosted on the same server as your other services, so it is also down and here we are with no explanations to give to our clients...🤦🤦Update after not very smart response from domains.co.za:You are asking if opened a support ticket? Really? How was supposed to do that with your website down? All your sevices were down. Do you have an alternative portal for support tickets? Does it run on different servers than all those services of yours that were down on that day?

Email hosting after numerous attempts didnt work properly making us lose clients going to spam folders website wasnt paid for one month and then paid for the next month for it to be up and they charged for two months and still suspended the website so basically charging for a websit that wasnt operational for the month but still getting charged for it thats why American businesses take over everything better service Squarespace or Wix is better option, outdated web design here anyways

Domains.co.za have been having issues with sending and receiving mail. As it turns out, in my pure frustration of being chewed out by my clients, I took to social media to lambast Domains.co.za and even hung up on poor Kevin that called me to try and explain. After speaking to CEO, Wayne, it is apparent that the issues being experienced are not isolated to just their network and also does not allow their technical team many opportunities to repair it as they rely on third party, international vendors to supply them with specialty services such as Spam filtering and Mail infrastructure, therefore they are ultimately in the hands of their suppliers. I can understand Wayne’s predicament and the stress he must be enduring at this present time and I would like to admit that I was wrong and extend my apologies, thanks and gratitude to Wayne, as well as Dave and Kevin. Your hard work is not going unnoticed and I sincerely appreciate your services in the hosting world. Good on you guys!

I called the call center and dealt with a very helpful gentleman named Wiaan - They were closing at 5pm and Wiaan stayed with me on the line for over 37 minutes helping me and being very patient about resolving my issue, the least I can do is show my gratitude to this gentleman.My overall experience with domains.co.za has been average but I am happy this man has been helpful, my agent of choice when calling domains.co.za - Very knowledgeable and resourceful too.

Customer service is terrible. Ive had the same seemingly simple domain issue for days but they are not able to help me. They dont seem willing to either.UPDATE: It was something only achievable on the domains.co.za side which I figured out myself without their help. It had nothing to do with the other hosting company/provider. Its a sad state of affairs when a customer figures out what the support/customer service was supposed to, even after contacting them numerous times. They simply failed.

Last week Thurs 10 Dec 2020 Tammy Pieterse said the refund will be completed that day and promised to confirm once its done but NOTHING! I have sent emails to her for the past 2 days but no response.
