Great office space and well situated to run consultancy business, the area is a bit quiet which is very good and it makes it a lot easier or rather convenient to engage with the clients, the property its self is well taken care of, the garden is well groomed and that enhances the nice experience for the new visitors. I also like the size of each office space, its quite competitive, even the clients they always pass positive comments, the area is really navigatable. With proper directions no can get lost, I also liked the presence of the security personnel in the area

A building that must have been excellent in its prime left to be somewhat run down by what I assume is a government Tennant not fulfilling their maintenance elements of the lease (I could be wrong)Little things like inattentive security in parking sitting on phones on broken furniture.Disappointed as I remember seeing the building (from outside) as kid and it was an icon of the then JSE precinct.The are around it has seen urban decay and made for some unpleasant feeling.As a visitor quite disappointed.
