An urban renewal project in the heart of the inner city of Johannesburg which is surprisingly clean and secure with security personnel patrolling the area. There is a number of retail shops, as this is a mixed land use zone with residential apartments, this brings about great convenience and true metropolitan living. The only downside is that parking space is quite a challenge.

So much tranquility here. Theres no public congestion. Nice and quiet you wouldnt say its in the city centre. Clean area around Joburg City

Good accomodation but the rooms are a bit smaller. They should offer large rooms and apartments for choice. Even though they have large apartment in their group but not in these new buildings

Its of good standard. You feel like you are on another planet. Secure and comfortable to be there as security is tight. I dont like it but I love it.

A very good place especially if you wanna have street photos of you taken by the street photographers. Very cool and clean slightly busy on weekends though.

How its been built the buildings and style are very vintage with the streets seperating them. A very tranquil,breath of fresh air when you are there you dont feel like youre in Jeppestown but in a different world

3 words open, beautiful and functional. The are places to rent most used stores, atms and a football field on one of the buildings. Its a combination of fun and ease of use.

Being it my first time there, I enjoyed the scenery and the atmosphere it brought, everything you needed was right by the corner and all the guards were friendly to help with directions and or help. I wouldnt mind returning there once again for leisure and scout out the beautiful night sky as the open space allows you to.

For a place in the downtown Jozi, its colourful and attractive. I spotted security around which talks to safety and its also neat. Its a cool place surrounded by not so good places but still, very cool, neat, beautiful and attractive.

Outside looks stunning but apartments inside its not wow at outside area like a are dusty and space is very small,I wouldnt advice you to stay there.
