The service l received is terrible, l have been using this company for long time to and from Zimbabwe, but the treatment l received last month was worst, the guy who was charging groceries was rude, overcharging me even when l tried to negotiate with him, he ended up calling his friends who charged more than wat he charged, they ended up saying he can only charge me less if he knew me, l was upset and l can tell even now tht l will never ever support your compsny because u only consider monry instead of providing service especially to loyal customers. I will edge who ever wishes to support your company not to do so because some of your staff have no sense of humour. Only the guy who introduced himself as the conductor on our way to zim came and apologized for the incident, l believe he s from Lupane.Too many cooks spoil the soup,Terrible service

The service is good though they need to introduce seat numbers so that people dont fight for seats in the bus
