Its the location for me, so conveniently placed.i mean one can still shop for building materials at the same place where they shop for everyday things.The staff are super friendly.The garden area for me is the best , its like a little eden and you will sure fine one item fit for your taste and dfit for your budget.

The staff are helpful and they have everything you need. The store is very large and I found it difficult to find what I wanted. But their selection is great so just ask someone to help.

Clean , items priced well, and staff much friendlier than another branch up the road who needs intervention, but as with other branch the garden section staff can certainly be friendlier.

Extremely frustrating shopping here, absolutely terrible service. I got some shade cloth cut to length, the sales person confirms the price on the shelf, so I ask him to cut 10m, took him about 5 minutes just to find the scissors, so I leave him to it and pick out a ladder, another sales person tells me the shelf price is wrong and the ladder is R890, so I grab that. Go fetch the shade cloth and its R200 more than the shelf price. No apology or anything, just slap attitude. Get to the check out and the ladder is R1050. Really shocked at how quickly this branch failed

Builder warehouse is always over priced so I hate shopping here and avoid it if possible. But every time I have been to this store the staff at the tills are always busy doing something other than helping me pay. There is only ever one till open.

Still newish, I couldnt find what I was looking for. But its located in a nice place, Cresta Mall, the most busy shopping center for Celebrities and everyone else.People come as far as Sandton the best place, to shop in Cresta Mall, well built and stylish, but the builders itself, it still young, but they tried to make it look awesome.Its either you wont find what you want or the stock is finish, so it seems busy but not hectic for its size.They made easy for people around Norrhcluff areas, Fairlands, Windsor.

Most of the spacious builders if been, help full staff even have school project kit.

The device I searched was unfortunately not there, but the genuine willingness to assist was there. I applaud the attitude and ethics of staff at this establishment and will support them whenever I can!

The store is OK, but I have learned through experience that its an idea to check stock level online before going there. My previous Builders Express (East London) had a wider range of hand tools and power tool accessories (especially generic bits for a Dremel) and I miss that.

From past experience I refuse to shop at any Builders Warehouse outlet. I dont need the irritation of your staff in my life.

I am changing my previous review. I ordered and paid for building materials in-store on Sat and was promised delivery for yesterday. Yesterday I called 4 times and eventually I was told that it would be delivered today. Still no sign of anything and the customer service is terrible. Nobody knows what is going on. Awful. I have had to send my workers home and the delay is costing me quite a bit of money.

The store is neat and tidy, but it took us a while to get assistance, staff are not always visible, we had to walk around for some time and we didnt get help spot on.

Ok store, but way to small for the amount of product they have. But as builders go, its a good experience. Price and service was acceptable. Just that you cant exit back into the mall, you have to go outside and enter through the main entrance

Initially I was a bit sceptical about a Builders at a mall. But I was proven otherwise. Pretty good selection of products, well organised and staff seemed to be helpful. Only downside might be the parking situation, which is always a nightmare at the mall during the weekend.

Great variety for the size shop, can quite easily find whatever you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good return policy.

One if my favourite one stop hardware store. Fully stocked and organised shop. It was not difficult for me to find what I wanted.

Friendly staff member shouted at by manager in front of customer for trying to help the customer. Purchase not 100% completed and will need to return to the store to get the job done.

Location is okay, great service. The only challenge or trick is the access. You need to pay attention to directions especially if you are going there for the first time. Its on the other side of the Mall. Some how not easy to spot from the street.

Good builders with mostly everything you need, closer and as convenient as any other builders.

If not for the till lady who apologized ans helped i wouldve given 0 stars. I am so sick of builders its the same in every single one. No help. Bad attitude. No one at there stations. I cut my arm picking up a flat pack and a board at the same time. Why because i had no help and could not find help. I am a tradesman and time is money. I wish i didnt nt have to go any builders warehouse express etc. But sadly its some times convenient. But i have to tell you if the roman empire fell. Who then is an obnoxious little chain store like builders warehouse. Who from management to all employees do not care about customers. We are the life blood of your shop. How dare you treat us with such ambivalence

This is a new Builders Express and they have found new ways of being extremely useless! The staff you need will have to be called for and will never come. If you ask other staff those that do not come will just be called for again. The other staff will just be standing around and be in your way as you try and find something yourself. It is definitely not a builders EXPRESS because everything takes longer in this store. Do not think it is convenient to go here while you can get other stuff - it will be better to drive to a proper hardware store and not some useless chain.

The store has majority of materials for a home owner or business owner that would like to do basic interior and exterior design work (construction / refurbishing) - I would recommend that the store brings about square metre tiles, laminating floor strips (all colours), bricks (drive way paving), drive way gates and roof tiles. Overall it is a good start to the store and especially in the mall for the first time.

It is a builders paradise. It contains plumbing, electrical, tools, paint, doors, etc. Anything hardware and more!

Poor advice becomes costly to fix errors that could be avoided.

An attractive new style store for D.I.Y hardware, which had almost everything I was looking for on the day.

For a builders express they do have it all with a wide range of stock but service is a bit on the slow side. Staff are reluctant to assist and twice now Ive come to the tills and not one till has a cashier. Seldomly have I seen more than one cashier open.

Nice new store how ever the staff are not fully trained for the range of products they sell as well as not stocked on some items. Trued to get a 2 way switch to install in a passage however they did not know what that was and tried to sell me a light switch with 2 switches. They are new and is a possibility they are still in training.

Please do not bother shopping in this store!!! They advertise products on their website they dont have in stock. I drove all the way from Rosebank to Cresta and all they did was WASTE MY TIME!!!! Useless customer service

Please dont go there if you value your time. They dont understand good customer service.I think their staff are ill-trained, and the woman checking receipts at the exit could embarrass you. She was rude to me today and I had to ask for a refund.

One stop for Hardware and other garden stuff.

Extremely overpriced and not a good range of products

Builders was exceptional with an online order and delivery today! I am immensely greateful for the extra service offered! The call centre is something to get use to, but the system worked! I would definitely recommend their services!

The staff are very much friendly and welcoming.

They are well stocked. No one available to assist and no customers in the store. Builders have also become expensive. I get better prices at a local hardware store. Also do they have to play awful music in the store?
