A very pleasant shopping experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful and their prices are very competitive.

Organized, well priced, accommodating. The guys helped me with off cuts for form work. They didnt have to.. I was impressed and recommended them.

The place is visible from the main roads but there are no clear signs for customer entrance.The process to buy a simple copper pipe is worse than getting a payout at a casino. It is a 7 step process that I think is unnecessary and not user friendly at all i.e1. You place your order at a sales person who was not customer centric at all2. Get to the cashier who uses a bar code written on a piece of paper by the sales person to effect a payment3. Security at the till checks your slip against what you have just paid.4. Security at the door checks again what you bought and adviced you to drive to Yard 3 to get your copper pipe5. You find a security personnel that checks your slip and call one of the storesman to help you with your order.6. He takes the slips and shows you where to park and delivers the copper pipe and then gives you the slip back and advises you to proceed to the exit7. At the exit the security that saw you going in and checked your slip requests to see your slip again. He then takes one slip as his copy and waves you goodbye.This almost felt like buying something illegal with its process. NOT user friendly at all. This company needs to relook its UX process if they need to be competitive and efficient in this ever changing retail world.

Phone up at 2.30pm and asked to be put through to the Building Counter.NO ONE ASNSWERED THE PHONE AFTER BEING PUT THROUGH 4 TIMESARE THEY REALLY INTERESTED IN HELPING CUSTOMERSThe switchboard lady had t ask for my number and hopefully someone will phone me back.

BUCO Honeydew was not known to me and I used to see this going on that road but only came to know more about it when I won Fathers Day contest last year during lockdown to collect a tool kit from them. Subsequently, I visited them multiple times thereafter to buy a lot of products from them. I really love this store and it satisfy my DIY tools needs. Thanks

Gosh Bucco whats up, not the service I am used to.. Been shopping there for 10 years today the service was so bad asked for a refund. Staff training on customer care is definitely needed.

Good clean store, sraff are not always clued up with what you need. They tend to send you back and forward to different departments to find something. The electrical counter however is amazing, the staff there know the products backwards and are eager to help you in a time efficient way. There the staff are brilliant. Cashiers dont mess around, they process each customer in a friendly efficient way. No cross communication with other tellers, they get you paid up quickly.

Went to buy a replacement roof tile. I had a sample in my hand because these colours looks similar. Just one look at the tile they knew exactly which one, I was impressed because they made the process very easy for me. It wouldve been tricky because the sample is old and doesnt look exactly like a new tile, but their understanding of these tiles made my shopping experience easy.

Service inside the ship is not very good. You have too struggle to find what you are looking for especially if you are not familiar with the shop.

The once magnificent Ferreiras is steadily declining in both service and stock availability. Currently not even aware of specials advertised on the national website. Sorry Buco, youre not up to scratch at present.

I was impressed by the good service received at Buco Honeydew. Ernest helped to locate the correct face bricks I was looking for. The employees in Yard 1 were also most helpful. Wish more stores were so customer focused.

Tried phoning them more than 6 times over two days with no answer. Wanted to talk to the building counter to get pricing... terrible.

I wanted to make use of them for bricks and delivery, every time i phone the woman who answers is incredibly rude, i keep getting put on hold for 20min at a time just to query the price. Their service delivery over the phone is absolutely pathetic and has put me off purchasing anything at all.
