Label print was on point, water was tasty and service was quick. would recommend

STAY AWAY..!! Poor service, I wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone.. Its been weeks now and no answer on their email.

Loved the label they designed initially and then adjusted (without even needing to ask) to make it match the glass bottles. Also love the fact that we can order in glass for return and keep the planet happy.

It has been almost a month with no response on email. And nobody answers the phone. I am waiting for a refund of my order, the wedding is next week and a refund needs to be made ASAP!

The process to get a quote is appalling. You have to constantly follow up with them, almost to a point where you become a nag. Im a graphic designer and supplied the artwork as specified, yet they keep sending me back pixelated artwork to approve. Their product is great once you receive the water - but the process to get to that point is honestly frustrating.

100% Happy with my finished product. Had great service from the word go and absolutely love the label design they made for me :) Im a very happy customer and wiould recommend them to anyone!

Customer service is poor. Phones/emails are never answered. I cannot track my order and booked delivery date has passed.Not happy and won t be purchasing again.Ive revised my rating as my order was delivered. However, communication is everything guys. Keep us posted if our orders will be late for any reason.

Ordered from this place and got got email that payment was received by them. I supplied my own custom label (Which from previous discussions the width was fine but that the length of it would have to be shortened)I was told that should anything be wrong they would contact me.Upon receiving my 100 items I was dissapointed to discover the label was obviously made smaller (some of the wording was unreadable and the quality of the print came out poorly because of it.) I suppose because I didnt use their option to get a label designed by them the quality of mine and how it looked on the bottle didnt matter to them. Ive purchased 100 customised bottles which Im embarrassed to use.As a brand you should strive for the best quality no matter what the client paid..be it R500 to R5000.Had they sent me a sample of what the bottle would looked like I would have declined, but they also lack in correspondence as I had to call and find out what was happening in my order.I will definitely not recommend you for good quality service or standard of product.
