I used the contact form on the website, I attached the artwork that needed to be printed. I received the quote I told them to go ahead. After two days I contacted head office and they initiated a complaint, only then did they come back to me, mentioning that there were no attachments on the mail. I told them it was attached on the site when I did the enquiry, so I attached it again and explained to them the exact spec of what I wanted. I asked for two 10x15cm prints which was part of the original quotation. When I went to pick it up, it was sloppily printed on A4 sheets. I did not even bother to ask them to correct it. If you need to use them for normal A4 documents they are okay, but if you want to print artwork DO NOT go to them. Rather go somewhere else.

Wonderful shop! The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. It is conveniently located in bedfordview near the Key West shopping center. The owner here is very hands-on and the staff are well trained. I come here whenever I need stuff printed because the quality and service is outstanding!
