Absolutely disgusting service received.This man doesnt have any manors and no people skills.He spoke to my mother in law as if she was a disgruntled child who was not welcome.Well Adams Books you will never get any business from our families and I will certainly tell friends and those in book clubs about your shocking service.

The doors to the shop was open so we walked in, the owner chased us out saying hes closed already in a very rude mannor. Bought from there previously but will never go back there again.

Adam has a wide range of books in great condition at very affordable prices. He has best-sellers at a fraction of the price of what you would pay elsewhere. I highly recommend this bookshop.

Worst experience in a book store ever! Owner is EXTREMELY rude! Walked in to browse the books and buy a few to read... well, he lost out on quite a bit of business. While having a little conversation with a friend (quietly - might I add), he rudely says that the coffee shop is around the corner if we would like to have a conversation. Im sorry, but this is NO way to treat a potential customer! I politely smiled at the man and greeted as I walked into his shop, just to receive this kind of treatment back? All because I interrupted his reading time during operating hours? ... He should NOT own a business if that is how he treats his clients.

A disgusting experience…I was browsing for a read, and was told by the owner, that if I am not interested in buying, I should leave the shop. “This is not the place for browsing”.I am shocked the way I was treated, considering that I have bought books from him in the past.

The owner was scrolling on his phone and we were the only customers in the store. I greeted him politely, he made eye contact and ignored me. While talking to my brother about which books we were going to buy, he scolded us and told us that we are not welcome here if were going to be talking in his shop (...his empty shop) - Worst three minutes in any book store.We found 6 books we were going to buy (a series) - decided not to out of principal

So easy and simple, I didnt think I would find the book I was looking for - but to my pleasant surprise I did, at a great price.

Told me only poor people exchange books and he doesnt need poor peoples business. He no longer wishes to exchange ad his daughter says only poor people do that and he really doesnt want their business.
