I did the septum piercing at Mo piercing a month ago now i want to change the ring the problem is that i cant remove the one they pierced me with, its too small, it just flips through my fingers. I tried removing it but Im struggling

Poor quality jewelry used. The diamond stud on my nose ring fell off just a few hours after getting the piercing. Tried to call them and message but received no response. MO was friendly but Im extremely unhappy with the quality of the jewelry.
