I had a good time but I lost on slot machines but I had a good time, but I was very angry when a lady came up to me and say I should sit up and cash out from the machine because she play that game every time she go there there must be something done about things like this we go for fun not frustration. Im really not happy about that because the lady working there saw and head everything but did nothing.........

ZERO star rating. This place has become a stop off for homeless jobless people that sits around and annoys patrons that wants to relax and have some mindless entertainment. There is zero security activity from the staff and very poor service. The Marco Polo gambling hall is not a secure or nice venue. Dont waste your time at Marco Polo. Its disgusting what is allowed to go on there

These gamblers are more into games of luck like roulette ,slots ,keno and bingo rather than games of skill like poker.

You only win big if you play big hehe great place to chill have a drink and play some slots weekly draws as well

Beware of thieves roaming around and pretending to be gamblers they are watching you and will steal your cellphone without you even realizing it. Had my iPhone stolen from this place and staff were unhelpful

Had the most disgusting experience here today. Arrived at around 11 am. Today 31st December.. at around 13hoo hours patrons were informed they closing.. no notices in site as to this fact....and after taking this up with the manager all she can say is sorry... after gambling more than 15 k.. this situation doesnt allow a patron the opportunity to recover ones losses.. but a will also raise this issue with the gambling board.. and sandton city management.. I have never known of a casino to open for two hours and kick patrons out after spending monies..even there website doesnt advertise these early closing times.. there times state 10 am till 1 am.even after addressing this situation to management via e mail.. they havent shown any commen cortesousy to reply to issues addresses to them.. almost two weeks later they just ignore the issue u have raised. Pathetic..a sign of poor management.. lets see what a complaint to the gambling board achieves

Since I work in the mall, there are limited places to go have a after work drink at. We have been here a few times, each time worst and worst!We were a table of friends having a few drinks, my drink that was served had expired 6 months earlier. the server merely looked at me, removed it and asked if i wanted something else. No sorry, no mannager no explanation. How is stock roation controlled if such things are tolerated?! we were then approached by the server to please pay the bill as he wanted to end shift, I was paying for this bill and was not ready to leave. We requested to be transferred to another server and we would pay when we are ready to leave. Being a table full of kitchen and floor managers, we know how this works.He was persistent and rude until I asked to see the manager who followed to tell me he was a new manager and didnt know how to transfer servers tables. If this is the case, it is not my problem and the customer. The server must wait until we are ready to leave. The server stood at our table, making comments and swearing until we eventually wante dto leave, furious and disgusted that the only casino in Sandton treats customers this way. WORST SERVICE FROM MANAGER AND SERVER WE HAVE EVER HAD.We paid and did not tip the rude server, he threw my card at me.

The security stole my credit while I was in the ladies room I left free spin playing he was behind me I ask he just show me a litle sticker what a bad experience .Am 1000 %sure it was a security the cameras can proove it. !! And only themwho push the seats close to machines when there is no body playing.
