Called in before to find out about Thule roof boxes and got great information from Namor. We went to purchase one and Namor again explained everything really well and gave us a really good deal. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Received astounding service from Milton today! Ive been struggling to find the Yepp Maxi Bike Seat for a few days now l, but when u called Milton he took it upon himself to source me one. When he got back to me, he did manage to source a seat but it would not arrive in time for my needs. He asked me to swing by the store though because he had another seat he wanted to show me.....and it was perfect.Miltons service was attentive and his demeanour absolutely charming. He is a real asset to the team and brand at Thule. Keep up the great work Milton! Service like yours is a rare commodity in this day and age.

Bad service ,just called and the guy l spoke to was rude and shouting at me ,not sure if hes having a bad day or what ..Even had to ask him to give me a list of questions he will need me to answer so l can answer them he failed ..i then asked if l can talk to someone different to assist me ,he said l should call tomorrow as he is the only one today ....Bad bad service ,wish l can advice everyone not to even try them

Excellent service recieved from Rack N Road Randpark Ridge when fitting a towbar to my Golf.Definitely recommend contacting Milton if you are in the market for a towbar or Thule accessory.

Attached a removable towbar to Dads Jeep, didnt replace the bumper properly and was loose (they didnt replace all the clips). Didnt have all the tools they needed as well and I had to drive to my house to fetch my tools! Pricey. Towbar is good though and other Thule products are of good quality.
