Good furniture with friendly and professional staff

Best shopping experience! I bought 2 mattresses at an amazing price from a friendly and professional sales person. The mattresses were delivered by efficient friendly delivery men about an hour later. Would definitely recommend Bed & Couch Blackheath.

Exceptional service Well stocked and good prices

Most disappointing experience. I ordered two beds in brown. Black beds were delivered. After initially trying to fob me off by saying the mistake was mine in selecting the wrong colour, they accepted responsibility when I proved to them, by taking a photo of the colour sample matched against the beds, that the mistake was theirs. 6 weeks later, and only after threatening legal action, they delivered the correctly re-sprayed beds to my house. The beds were so covered in sawdust/dust that it took 2 people an hour to vacuum and wipe them down. No word of apology received - I was made to feel that they were doing me a favour in remedying what was actually their mistake.
