Poor experience all around.They didnt deliver because apparently Id not paid an assembly fee. I said Id assemble it myself but they said this was compulsory.Why they dont incorporate this isnt the price or add it to the checkout on the website I dont know.Eventually I paid the assembly fee and then they arrived and it wasnt assembled. They asked if I would be assembling it myself. I said no because Id paid die assembly.Three men then got about assembling the unit. No masks or Covid-19 protective gear whatsoever.Will never use HomeChoice again.

Just did eye shopping. I was amazed at the many different goods like furniture, shoes e.g tekkies, electrical appliances. I thought HomeChoice was only about bedding, blankets and curtains.
The shop assistant was so helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain everything and patiently answered all my questions. It is very satisfying to deal with someone who is knowledgable about the products they are selling. The showroom is beautiful, spotlessly clean, very organised and everything is in its pleasant. Even the admin department where I opened my account and made my payment was so friendly and efficient. What an awesome experience.
I ordered an item and when I went to pick it up after 4 days, WRONG ITEM. Was told I must place a new order but I could not because they were offline. Till now after 2weeks I havent because of work.I wasnt the only one looks like they cant get this right the first time

Dont go to this store, rather buy online. The staff will treat you with the lowest respect, especially if you dont look rich. We had to beg them to help us. We didnt receive the help we needed and rather ordered online and received our products within a few days.

The showroom is well organized and equipped with polite and patient service attendants/assistants. I am just disappointed with the service discrepancy due to the reasons that l was told that the delivery time frame to the showroom is between three to four days for customers that prefer to personally come and collect the parcels at the showroom, for customers that prefer delivery at their doorsteps, itll be between two to three weeks with an additional cost. However, l got different information when l contacted the call centre. I was told that the delivery time frame is between seven to fourteen days. I am not happy as such discrepancies inconvenienced me. I would have preferred to be told the truth from the onset.

I used to love their service until the day i returned my JVC sound system for repair, I experienced the horrible experience ever, the worst part am still waiting the JVC sound system to be repaired since September and they will never ever give you feedback unless you call them, basically the airtime i used since September maybe I would have bought a small sound in the Pakistan shop...….WORST PART AM DONE PAYING THAT SOUND CAUSE IF NOT, I WAS GOING TO STOP PAYING

I struggled to get goods delivered in December, now they deducted twice different amounts, I phoned them on Wednesday for a settlement letter, they send me the amount, I queried they say coz you closing the account and this is your interest. If I could I would give you Zero, nil, nada out of 5 stars for worse service, this morning I got a sms and phoned homechoice to find out, agent say its a mistake and could not explain anything, on the call for 29 minutes and counting coz agent put the call aside and left to say someon
I placed an order online for a heater 3 weeks ago and I have still not received it. By the time I do get it winter will probably be over. 2 weeks ago, I received a message saying that my order was on its way with a link to track it, the link did not work and Im still waiting. Ive made numerous calls to the call center and most of the time theres an error. The few times that I did get through to the call centre I was cut off. Ive sent emails and they havent responded. Ive left a message for the operations manager and they havent got back to me. I am appalled with the poor customer service. My order was supposed to take 7 days and I have paid for it.

Im sooo disgusted beyond words. You are trying to rip me off. I ordered online and and the same night i In May during lockdown i cancelled to my surprise the goods were delivered. The debit went off my account and was advised that a refund will be done. I returned the goods UnUsed to their showroom and they confirmed that they have received. Now its time to refund my money its a problem. An amount of R416 was debited off my u account and today and amount of 145 was refunded into my account. How possible iss that. Please give me my money you have your goods give me my money

Management needs to train staff to be more friendly and do their job. Agents cannot give you the proper information you need, they do not know anything about the ordering procedures and get rude when you question them and mumble to themselves. Homechoice must improve the treatment of their customers especially those of us who are actually buying your products cash.

I am really unhappy with homechoice as it is the second time I ordered the orlando sectional couch and both times the couch was not complete. I mean, I was told by the sales person that the couches will be assembled by the delivery guys,but on both occasions that did not happen. The delivery guy checked the stuff on delivery and knew of the missing parts but still nothing was done about it. I mean since August and all they do is deducting installments. I have called on numerous occassions for nothing. The stuff is still standing in boxes in my lounge for three months already. Please come fetch your stuff and refund me if you cannot deliver!
