Laurian and her team are so warm and welcoming to their clients! They are well priced in comparison to other salon franchises for what you get!Their facials and massages are a huge must for that ULTRA spa feeling!

I live in Franschhoek and Matis products are only obtainable (sometimes) in Cape Town. Always a struggle, cant get through on the phone as they are busy in the Spa etc. Ordered from Matis Fourways, and wow, it was wonderful. Asked them to treat the order as urgent, and they were absolutely wonderful. I will only use them for my products in future.

I was booked one morning for 7 30, the girl who had to open became Ill and we had to wait for another person to open, I was very sick that morning on top of it all. Finally someone arrived later to open up. They bought me a hot choc, which made me feel much better as I was feeling really weak, they did the therapy (I fell asleep during it all) I was booked for, they looked after me very well, they didnt accept any payment, gave me some awesome samples and a massage for 90 min for free, felt awesome when I left. (TOTALLY UNEXPECTED ) They really take good care of you, I have been going there for about a year now. REALLY REALLY AWESOME PEOPLE. I went back last week, awesome all over again as usual. I have done facials, waxes, lashes, massages, all amazing and very professional.
