We had a really bad experience at this spa. I had money in my jean pocket. I placed it in the locker thinking it would be safe. After my spa treatment I went to go check for the money and R500 was missing, I was suppose to use it to pay for the treatment. We could not report the incident as we had little evidence.I do not recommend anyone to use this spa. Whats the point of having lockers if staff members have access to these lockers?

I went to Pyramid spa on my birthday in December and i really enjoyed myself. Spa treatments were really great. I will go back there some day. The only let down was the food. I was expecting some healthy food like fish and a salad and Fruit salad as dessert. I also didnt like the fact that i had to pay for my drink, food didnt come with at least 1 free drink.

The Pyramid day spa is a luxurious escape in an unexpected place. Dont let the unusual location deter you in any way. Once inside, you will enter a sanctuary where you can experience amazing treatments that will leave you feeling invigorated, rejuvenated and completely relaxed. The therapists and staff are all highly competent and skilled professionals, who will enable you to relax with their incredible massage skills. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, whilst maintaining the type of calm, caring manner that youd expect to find in a spa. The quality of the products used is excellent and your skin will thank you for any of the treatments. I am definitely going back soon for a full body massage. I also plan to use the venue for a Bachelorette party I am planning for a friend later this year.

A great place for hosting functions...

I have been here four times. And each time the experience is amazing. I brought my freind as it was her birthday and your staff gladly sang for her as she came in. The massage was beautiful, l wouldnt think of another place to have my massage done.. Pyramid is the best!!!!

Honestly, I enjoyed my treatment at the Day Spa. I loved my relaxing full body massage by Mpho and the ladies were so friendly and helpful. We got a tour after our treatment. Five Words!WE WILL BE BACK SOON!THANK YOU LADIES

Every time I come here its simply wonderful , so relaxing , everyone is always friendly and I work right across the road which is so tempting :P to just go there everyday :P
