If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service given. Really unhappy with this school. I do not recommend it. The prices may lure you in but I promise it is not worth it.Was told 4 months in that my time limit had expired, when I had never once been informed of this limit. I went through my contract and it was not stated anywhere. I chose this school as I was told I had unlimited time to complete my course. When i requested a refund I was spoken to and dealt with very rudely and never got my deserved refund.I certainly hope they change their ways. Looking at other comments many are unhappy.

Really disappointed with Hydro... it is my former school and i had spoke to one of the consultants on WhatsApp and set an appointment for 9:15am and i came very early the next day only not to be attended and being told that i should wait for 10 by Dorothy and that she doesnt attend clients at 10... instead of them helping me they just let me sit for an hour before they decided to attend me... woow its suprising that this is how they treat people.... Ive been refering my friends there but never again... the treatment i got wasnt satisfactory so i wont recommend a school like that to anyone ever!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional...not teaching the students right. Happy to pay less fees for students but still expect a good service and good products to be used...everything seemed so old and out of date. Very dis-organised and no one knows what is going on.Thought I would treat mom, and not cost the earth, but moms was the pink and mine was the red...pink was all thick, bubbling.The massage was not bad at all, the ladies were nice** This was in December 2015, so hopefully things have improved.This was a long time ago but I have been before and the experience was not great but this was the worst.

I would not recommend studying here. You are being overworked aswell as doing your work twice sometimes. And if you lost your key they will probably take more than a day to finally give you a spare key that they had all along. My girlfriend has been waiting to get a spare key from 7:00 this morning and still now (14:44) has not recieved a key just to unlock her room, and all that they said to het is that she can wait for them.

Very very disappointed I spoke to a consultant and she broke my dreams even before I started I would never recommend this place to anyone
