Memory had a terrible attitude and wouldnt even allow the wax to dry before removing it. If u go there DO NOT book her. She is rude and apparently thinks customers dont know the difference between a brazillian and a Hollywood wax

Seriously disappointed - the one nail I had repaired is now peeling and my other nails are now so thin and rough after two Gelishes. It will be a long time, if ever, that I will have my nails done there again. Also very expensive just to have your nails ruined.

The service here really depends on the person who assists you on the day. There are really great individuals who go above and beyond to ensure you are thoroughly satisfied and others who are somewhat abrupt. Can be long waiting periods, appointment times are not always adhered to.
