Sorbet Norwood is exceptional - they are so friendly and professional and always make every time I visit them such a relaxing experience. They are also willing to go the extra mile to help for example assisting with liaising with head office on an issue I had on a voucher I had lost which I bought during COVID from another branch which had closed down.

Overbooked and cramped.The owner has no interest in sorting out the problems that you encounter at his store.He would rather call and point out to you that his staff were correct and you were wrong and make excuses for their shoddy service..Will never go back to this store, and make sure that my friends do the same.
