I had my nails done last week Friday. What a pleasure. lovely ladies that work there.

Nail experience always great. However, the salon needs to work on punctuality I have been here twice before the scheduled time and all occasions Ive had to wait up to 30 minutes pass my scheduled time.

I generally have a good experience at Sorbet, but when I booked at the Northcliff Square store for a wax, it was not great. The aesthetician did not introduce herself, or talk me through the process, did not ascertain my comfort level, whether or not the was was too hot (at one point I told her it was getting too hot). Imagine being silently plucked by a stranger, who doesnt even check your pain level. It was an awful experience. I ended up with an ingrown hair that led to a terrible abscess that had to be drained in hospital. Never again. Did I mention the used gown hanging in the waxing room?

Newly revamped. Great outlet. Really enjoy the staff and their pampering. 🤩

I was not well received. I booked an appointment for the 25th of September. Only to arrive at the salon and be told no appointment was scheduled. I had tk show proof of my calls and confirmation of my booking. After much debat I was told to come back at 2pm. Which I had to rearrange my entire day to accommodate this new time slot. Further to this, a week later all the gel on my nails peeled off.
