My wife had her nails done within the first week of February. Not even 2 weeks later 2 of them broke in half and most of the paint had come off. Now another one is falling off too. Whenever we try to call we have to call at least 5 times before they answer. The workmanship is very poor.

Staff could be better trained in pleasing the customer. While doing my nails she got up without a word and had her breakfast. She left me without so much of an apology.

The ladies here know their stuff. Im in love with the Environ products and they have given me the best advice for my skin care routine. My skin has changed from dull, hyperpigmented and covered in pimples to a confident smooth clear skin.

Our experience at Sorbet Meyersdal was lovely. I got married the end of August and I went with my mom and sister to be pampered the day before. We had pedis done with gelish, my mom had a hand massage as she cant have gelish on her nails, my sister had gelish on her own nails and I had acrylic nails/tips with gelish as my nails just kept breaking leading up to my wedding. We also had a lovely massage. We felt amazing leaving the salon and definitely relaxed before the big day. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that we were never offered any champagne even though the therapists knew that we were there to relax and get pampered the day before the big day. It would have put the cherry on top...

Worst service ever. My first time coming to this branch. Biosculpture overlay literally fell off my nails a week after getting it done. This has never happened to me before. Tall dark lady at the front desk also has a very disgusting attitude. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Absolute lack of professionalism. Disappointing.

Good day. I visited Sorbet Alberton this morning 24/02/15. My experience was not good. I went there for a facial and face mapping. I was assisted by a lady called Sihle who seemed too busy for me. Firstly she gave me a form to fill, and I told her I had filled a form beforeand she failed to explain to me why I had to fill the form again. My expectation about the treatment was to get information about the condition of my skin and for her to recommend products. We never discussed my skin in the rooms, she was quite the whole time and just told me she was going to recommend another dermatologica range for a start. After the treatment while I was at the toilet she placed a lot of skin treatment on the counter and disappeared to the back. I did not wait for her to come give me information on the products, I was irritated by her bad attitude already. She seemed too busy and the receptionist had to constantly call her from the back. I have been to beauty saloons and I just feel people like her do not understand the worth of a customer. I was looking forward to an informative session with a therapist and was ready to start on a new dermatologica range. But now I am discouraged. I am a dentist running a practice, I just feel she waisted my valuable time.I will visit Sorbet The Glen next time. There are nice ladies there, not self absorbed therapist.
