I’ve come here before for a soak off and the lady that assisted me was very careful and gentle with removing my tips, I appreciated this because I have extremely weak nails.I went again recently, I had initially gone there for a soak off on my gel nails but Stacy convinced me to rather get a fill because removing them so early would only harm my natural nail. I am so glad I decided to do the fill, I am love with my nails and will definetly go back and request that Stacy does my nails.(I gave them 4 stars because I had requested a glass of water, and the ladies seemed very disgruntled by my request. This resulted in the water only being brought to me 20 minutes after I had requested it. The lady doing my nails queried about the water but was ignored, this was unprofessionalism I never expected from Sorbet)

Imagine having an appointment being ushered into the treatment room then being ushered out again as another client is somehow more important. Not enough treatment rooms?? Customers dont count??? Preferential treatment to certain customers??? You wont see me again. Thats for sure 😠

I moved an appointment from 2.45 to 4pm as that’s when my preferred therapist was available according to the lady making bookings. I arrived and waited at the door for 20 minutes without anyone attending to me because the lady at the desk was taking payments and other therapists were busy with customers or just walked right pass me. I eventually told 2 people I was waiting for Rea who, it turns out was actually booked for someone else!😡I was then called upstairs by another therapist asking if I’m soaking off (which I am not) thinking she would help me. I then just stood around whilst people spoke amongst themselves with no update to me.I decided to take a seat to wait for an update thinking Id soon be told where to sit/ go, still nothing! I had to AGAIN flag the lady at the front desk (Portia) to ask what’s going on. She wanted to put me in a wax room and then said oh “ it’s not going to work”, all desks and rooms are full! Can we book for tomorrow (Saturday). I said no I am not available hence booking today!It was clear to me that my appointment in fact WAS NOT booked for the time discussed.One usually receives a text to confirm your booking which I also did not receive.It is now 16.35 and I’m told someone will help me at 16.45.I am very frustrated by the service experienced. Portia has just come back to say no one can assist me. I am now leaving Easter 40minutes of my time for nothing only to be frustrated!!!Terrible 😡😡😡😡😡

Both myself and my sister in law had an appointment 15th had tips with gelish overlay only a week and looked terrible both myself and my sister in law so we went back they did what suited them and tried to take short cut I was over charged and was given a refund last week sunday which I still dont have!!! After numerous times of asking they just tell me to wait 7 days well its seven days had come and gone still no refund the owner tells me I must wait till next week????I was back Yeasterday as I was not happy with what they tried to fix I requested a full refund still no money 🤔🤔 and they phones never seem to work

Sorbet has been voted the best beauty mecca and best nail bar. According to the brand manager they concentrate on people and not on making money.
