The ladies at this sorbet are genuinely friendly and the service is amazing and always comes with a smile. Whether the salon is busy or quiet theres always a nice atmosphere and the ladies go out of their way to treat you well. The owner is engaging and complimentary of her employees work which always makes a positive difference.Lindi is my nail tech and she does amazing work! Can definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for a bit of pampering.

13 December 2020.A abuse to the Sorbet BrandHonestly sad to see such a well know brand salon in such a terrible state.I booked for a plain french manicure and pedicure a week in advance and have been regretted ever since. The drama or arguments between the staff members are as clear as day and night, I should have left then already had I known. There are three hard working staff members overbooked and overworked as the young staff members have conversations and fashion shows outside the shop. The staff members do not support or help eachother. R1 250 later and 5hours of being in the shop I wanted to speak to the owner. Theres no management, no one who is overseeing the terrible quality nails walking out of the shop, and a bunch of excuses from the owner.I feel ripped ripped off, unhappy about my nails and utterly sorry for the only three hardworking staff members at this salon that doesnt deserve the sorbet name at all.I have added a photo of my invoice paid, and bumpy misformed attempt of a French manicure to photos relating to this salon.

The overall experience was great, however i didnt like the Morgan Taylor nail paint expected a better finish... Ill stick to gelish

I went for a massage, waited more than 10 minutes without even a towel to cover me and 22 minutes later the message was done. Very disappointing. The music was also not the soothing music you would expect during a massage

The ladies are amazing. Had a complaint about misi and got a call from the owner the same day to resolve. My favourite Sorbet by far.

Its small and on a busy day you wont even have a place where you can sit and wait for your appointment. I was not happy with my second visit/second appointment.

The moment I walked into Sorbet, I felt special... Very professional but friendly... The smiles from the staff made me felt welcomed and not just as another customer. The nail technician, Tamara, she is a pro and I will certainly go back and...Yes.... I most certainly recommend Sorbet to anyone (man or woman or even daughters) to go there and receive special treatment. Thumps up to Sorbet...

Good would have been 5 stars if this sorbet branch could remove corns and also have an IPL Laser treatment plan but the leg massage was great.

Prices are steep but beyond that, every time I have my eyebrows done I get the techs telling me how bad my skin is. To the point where its every time over the last year that Ive been going there. As someone who suffers from adult acne, its not fun to want to get my nails and brows done on a pamper day and be made out as if my face is so gross. Im just so sick of hearing about it. Last week, I explained that I didnt want to use the products the tech was trying to get me to buy as Id rather stick to what my dermotologist has given me for my skin. She looked obviously offended, as if I wasnt?? Id rather take my chances waxing my own damn brows from now on.
