It is a good place, friendly staff. Sometimes quality of work needs to be checked. For example, my nail tech said we were done but when I reached into my bag to get my purse, my nails were still slightly tacky and now have ripple marks in the paint

Love going to Nicky and Stha for my hair. And I have thick curly hair so it’s very hard to find someone who can blow dry it properly. Very friendly staff. Although the nail technicians are not very consistent. Depending on who you get, you may not walk out happy with your nails but I guess that’s the case for most salons.

What a blessed Christmas season I had... I was in SA for three weeks, and I had the privilege of having my hair done once each week at this amazing salon, Sorbet Drybar, Greenstone! The staff are friendly 😀, the service is top-notch (thanks for the cappuccinos 😉), and I had beautiful, clean hair all 3 weeks. Thanks Maria 🤗😍❣

I am a customer the Greenstone Edenvale branch and had a Brazilian done over a week ago. This is now the second time that when I call and make an appointment the receptionist takes down the incorrect details and other customers are booked in my time. My consultant is was approached 4 times whilst doing my hair to ask when she would be done as other customers are waiting. I had to wait 40 minutes while a customers hair was being done whilst my eyes and nose were burning from the chemicals on my hair. the consultant ended up rushing through my hair and I ended up with roots that were still curly, hair that was thick and dry and the front of my hair broken off to about 2cm from being burnt off by the rushed hot iron this while having paid R1200 for something I could have gotten half priced and a thorough job. I reported it to their head office who informed me that the owner of the branch would be in contact with me.....that was almost 2 weeks ago.

Just been to Sorbet Dry bar in Greenstone. A month ago I gave this store a 5 star rating. They started my hair 10min late, the wash was like having a shower and the blow dry wasnt great either. No professionalism. From being a once a month client - I wont be returning. Really disappointing.

Have been here a few Times and has been really great. Went there today and what a disappointment. Lady was so grumpy. She washed my hair like she was washing a piece of steel - so rough. Didnt ask what shampoo I use - didnt get a head massage. Started drying my hair by pulling almost every strand of hair. Wasnt offered anything to drink. Im very sad to have experienced such service .

Better service would be nice. Staff always chatting to each other in their own language, so unprofessional. Manager never there. No body greets you.

The stylist did not even introduce herself. Rushed hair wash as well as shooting water in my ear. Did not even ask me what style I want and just proceeded.. After I asked her for what I want, she still did the exact opposite and I left going home to redo it.. Waste of money bad service - wont be going back. Sorbet brand has gone down pity
