The last time I went to this Sorbet I didn’t like how my eyebrows came out :( However, I am so happy I gave it a second chance as I met the wonderful and bubbly Grace. She is the best and my eyebrows look amazing!! Thank you so much ♥️

I have been here many times, however the last few visits have been disappointing. My last visit they didnt have a selection of shampoos, no masks or treatments, the water was cold and I walked away with damp, frizzy hair.

Best Sorbet store in SA. The staff are wonderful and they are always beautifully groomed themselves which set a high standard and a tone of excellence.

Love this place. All the woman are friendly and helpful and their service is amazing. Love getting my nails done here and the recently discovered Hair Botox. They run like a well oiled machine.

I will never come here again. They dont know how to hair or make up. Also no social distancing. Im sorry. Im not impressed.

Went here for the Brazilian Keratin Treatment, on the first try I did not see the results I was looking for. They agreed to redo the treatment and Ruth the lovely lady who did my hair both times was really pleasant about the entire experience. Often I feel that if you complain people can have a bad attitude, but she took responsibility and didn’t take any of it too personally and got it perfectly right on the second try! Really impressed with her level of professionalism and attitude. The Sorbet as a whole is a little bit small for the many services they offer and clients that are in there at a time but they go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.

Great staff all always happy to see you and treatments and blowdrys always a good relaxing experience.

Great for quick treatments with no fuss. Dont expect a full on pamper session with relaxing music but it gets the job done so you have the rest of the day to do your thing.

A real lively happy vibe - excellent service - fabulous quality - my nail colour stayed on for nearly 3 weeks on my fingernails & I wash dishes (use gloves) - I think that says a huge amount about the quality of the workmanship & the products used.

Very very busy but great service

I won’t be back here again. Overly crowded for a mediocre blow dry. The staff seem ill prepared for the amount of people and shout over each other. I have only ever been on weekends so perhaps it is better during the week.

1st visit and 1st time ever my appointment didnt run on time by 10min. Very popular dry bar but it all felt a bit forced and not as relaxed as my other Sorbet e periences

Too crowded for a hairsalon!You want time out to relax when you visit a hairsalon. Too many people crowded into a small area.

Crowded, noisy, rushed and impersonal. It felt chaotic. Blow dry wasnt good at all. I should have gone to my usual hairdresser instead.

Service varies. Felt treated like second class citizen if you are a walk in and not prebooked.

I love the ladies who do the hair and nails but today in Dunkeld, they all talked and laughed very loudly amongst themselves in another language (not english) and i found it rude and i left with a headache!

Busy, buzzy salon, with a nail bar in house as well. A bit cramped, but gets the job done. Stylists need to concentrate on clients more, than chatting amongst themselves whilst with clients.
