Planning is essential! I looked so forward to the treatment and I was let down! Treatment room for my massage and facial was not available. They apologized but after waiting 25min I just canceled my massage. Another 10min and the room was available. The therapist who did my facial did it well.Overall I was disappointed. Waiting and to cancel was not on my agenda!

The staff were fantastic, however, everything else was terrible. Where I usually pay R180 at my usual spot for the exact same thing, I paid R310 for a manicure with regular nail polish. My treatment was on Friday, by Monday (today) three of my nails have chipped and look very scrappy. My cuticles are also still cut and scraped.

Just really good service and quality treatments

Not super impressed. My nail tech only gave me the pink and purple nail palette to choose from and when I asked for more colours because Im not a pink or purple fan she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly got the rest of them. She then proceeded to lecture me on how Im not like most girls and its weird. I tried to get her opinion when making my choice and she just kept reverting back to how if I liked pink she could help me. She even painted one nail in a blue glitter and I had chosen and snarked at how terrible it looked. I ended up going with white so she would stop commenting on everything I chose. Super unprofessional behaviour and I will definitely not be back nor will I be recommending this Sorbet.

This is honestly the best sorbet I have ever been to.All of the nail technicians are very efficient. In saying this, they are efficient but still have good attention to detail and do a fantastic job. I rarely make appointments ahead of time so I have had my nails done by most of the ladies and the quality standard is the same throughout.They are also a happy bunch!There is always champagne on ice, no matter what day you is it. They also clean your hands in warm water with a nice soap after soaking off gel and just before gel application. Just a few little small touches that you dont find at every sorbet branch.

I regularly have Gelish applied to my finger nails and waxing done on my face.

I had a soak off done and asked for sculptured nails, the lady who had done the treatment had filed my skin and left the sculptured nails so thick that it looked terrible. I had to go back the next day for a soak off and the owner had refunded a partial amount of the money and I had another soak off done in which my skin was filed again. I would not reccomend anyone to this sorbet and will will never be going back ever again.

Highly recommend Cleopatra at this branch. I had an amazing massage and facial today. She is really professional and has a magical way of making you feel like vip. I told her how stressed I have been and she guaranteed that I’d feel great afterwards. I can say that I’ve had these promises made a hundred times but I’ve never actually felt it walking out. Very disappointing and a rip off! Firstly the nail technician couldnt do any of the basic nail designs I showed her and I reiterate they were basic not fancy nail art, and secondly R370 for a fill. I was horrified that I had to pay extra for a buff, that is usually included in the fill price. Will definitely not be going back or recommending sorbet bedfordview!

I called the day before to make a appointment for a (facial peel)...the next day, Im busy parking my car, literally 5 MINUTES before my appointment the lady calls and says: sorry but we dont do facial peels at this Sorbet, but they do it at Greenstone.I just want to know, arent you supposed to know WHAT YOUR sorbet offers??? Tell your clients you dont offer that when they make the appointment, NOT 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT!!!!
