Its quite safe

This is a bustling and busy complex of flats with residents ranging from students to families and young professionals to immigrants, with everyone trying to make their way. It is a pleasant and reasonably well run estate, but a little run down. It retains some community spirit in the middle of a very lively part of the city centre of Johannesburg. It is located next to the vibrant Newtown cultural hospot, and also not far from Wits University and Johannesburg Station.

Semi-good environment, less dangerous but not completely safe, its cleaner also closer to shopping center, not very far from the taxis and has good apartments

It is a nice place to stay with your family...

Stayed here for three years, inconsiderate and noisy neighbours, disappointing that there is no actual kitchen, just a sink and cupboards, you will need your own stove and there is not enough kitchen space.Not a place for you if you prefer quite spaces because it is forever busy outside with people drinking on the pavements, there are also a lot of events around so some weekends may be noisy - especially in the summer.

Afternoon Security and the building caretaker, security guys allowed people who are not even staying there to come n drink all night inside the complex because they give them money n when you raise the issue with the caretaker he just ignores your emails n dont respond.
