Huge crooks these ones, never and I repeat never ever buy anything from them . Rather buy a wig than this their hair feels and smells like synthetic hair. They also have bad customer service.

They literally have the worst customer service ever. I had to sit and watch them eat and ask them what Im waiting for in order for them to get up and fetch what I wanted.Zero masks on site.I wont ever vist this store its clearly not a braamfontein branch problem. The service was beyond pathetic, the guy who seems to be the supervisor/manager is so nonchalant, no care whatsoever for the customer. The lady who was helping didnt seem to know what they had in store and what they dont have, but at least she was nice. The quality of the hair looks good though.

The service is very poor,the communication only happens before you order after the order they disappear with your money, you can never hear anything from the business again, its just Fraud, i have never received my order, im still fighting to get my money back. Its very bad!

Unprofessional and terrible service. Lack of communication as to when purchase will be delivered the driver wanted to deliver the item at 10pm, I waited and he never pitched. Finally got the hair quality is nice but the wig is rather thin.

They do in store purchases, make sure youre happy with the product and if not make it the way youd want it. I got my first two wigs from them today and I couldnt be happier, the quality is AMAZING, the prices are so affordable, they have variety and the service is impeccable. The service was shockingly disappointing, unprofessional and pathetic. The lady who was helping me didnt seem to know what they have in stock or what they dont. The supervisor/manager didnt care at all about the customers, he was chatting on his cell phone the entire time I was there.

I really did not like their service .They do not keep their word.They are so friendly with u when you want to buy but the moment you have paid they start treating you trashy. I really regret why I even bothered to consider buying from them .They are really rude .I never received my hair even today .I am really annoyed .Their WhatsApp coordinator is supppppppper rude .It is just a waste .Guys do not get scammed like I did.Please be careful.

The customer service is appalling. No one in store is even wearing masks. Whenever you buy a wig there, please ensure you are there during the wig making process because chances of being scammed are very high if you are not. Avoid online purchases, go there and foresee everything you want.

The hair quality and closures is cheap and tacky, nothing like what they advertise on their social pages.

I bought hair there in bram I like it had a bit of an issue with the wig took it back and they were so helpful I left the store very happy

The customer service is appalling. No one in store is even wearing masks! They are rude on the phone, via WhatsApp and in person. The owner or whomever runs their WhatsApp is also very rude, it runs all the way from the top the bottom. Their branch at Kyalami is a waste of time and space ! Even when you try your level best to relate to them and be understanding they will still disrespect you and lie, they lie so much it’s disgusting 🤢 🤮

I ordered hair online and I never received it. They told me they would get back to me but they never did and when I add a comment on Facebook about my experience they delete it.

Very poor service. I actually threatened to take them to the police because of unexplained delays and poor communication. Mind you, that was after they delivered the wrong wig. Will not order from them again.

Their delivery guy made me run around my area and bare in mind it was late at around 19:30 pm bcz he could not follow the map after I sent him a live location, on top of that he was rude and told me he was leaving my product will be delivered by a courier. I am very disappointed
