The best hairdressers, if you are around please make an appointment to see Fatima and trust me you will not regret it. Service from everyone in the establishment is top class and if you are unsatisfied then you get your haircut for free. Please ensure that you make a booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Got 50% discount on my first haircut because it was my birthday month. I visited Rosebank branch on the same day but was discouraged because staff there didn’t seem approachable/friendly. Then I went to Sandton and reception staff were incredibly friendly and surprisingly eager to help. Stylist was also very friendly, experienced, and willing to try out new/different styles on me. I’ve never been so pleased with a haircut. Will definitely go back.

Ridiculously expensive and the guy did not know how to shave with a blade.

Made an appointment to have a mens haircut. Arrived on time to have my barber waiting for me. While having the cut, I was offered a drink of coffee, whiskey or juice. The haircut was great. Very professional.

Update: following my previous review, the store called me and apologised for not getting back to me. They offered to make a new appointment, and upon getting there I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and received a very relaxing treatment from a therapist who knew her stuff :) will be going back.------------------------------------Had a pretty bad experience trying to make a booking. Attempting to make a booking through the online system results in no response from the store, so I called the store 3 times on separate occasions with no answer.

The staff here at Sorbet Man operate like a family and treat you like one. I have monthly facials here with my therapist Martha and i have never had an issue with the quality of staff and service. My only issue is on the odd occassion when done clients arrive late and then you have to way for their treatment to end before you can start yours. Overall, value for the money spent.

Wife got me a pedi. The lady and a female stylist decided to chat half way through my session. Not a quick chat i mean she pulled up a chair chat. Low quality service and not tailored to gents. Felt like i was in a fish shop.And later..... the owner of the fanchaise contacted me. Offered the Sorbet promise and asked if i would give the service a 2nd chance. I did so and the service was Great. I will return if things continue like that.So one super bad experience followed by a great one.... therefore the 3 stars. Will post again end Jan based on that experience only.

Definitely one of the better Sorbets to get a shave.

Asked for a normal brown hair dye. Walked out of there carrot orange and they insisted there was nothing wrong with it.The quality of the cut was good, but for everything else, stay away.
