I think imma completely stop going to legendary barber, because the service is overrated. The trimming sucks, especially if you have paid a lot of money. Imma chill at kasi

I was once here and I got a very good service. To my surprise I came back today 28/08/2021 to get a hair cut.I got there at 17hoo.They close at 18h00 only two guys were cutting their head.I was told I cant be helped cause the guys are tired said the Manager.Funny enough the owner was also there.What a poor service. Why did they not have a closed sign up so we can see they no longer TRADING. I felt that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Not sure if is it because you guys are now famous enough and have reached your business turn over?Im disappointed for days.Funny enough when I told the manager that Ill write on social media he threw his hand at me. Like we dont care ,go ahead.

The barber that cut my hair simply didnt follow the instructions I had given him. I told him to not use the hair powder more than once yet still decided to do so. I think legends Barber focuses more on marketing their brand than actually giving their customers s good quality haircut.

Have never been to a place with such disregard & disrespect for customers. I got there @ 3pm & there was 6 people in front of me & 3 barbers on duty. The guys don’t have any sense of urgency @ all, they are just busy dancing to their loud music. I waited until 1645hrs & only one of them was done with his customer. The only positive is the cleanliness of the place otherwise it’s overrated for nothing, what a waste of time….

We left without my sons hair being cut- for a hair cut that is R100 have some service- smile- let us know we are busy, but have a seat we will assist- no space to sit and no one cared to even tell us you can wait this side- Place is hyped up but the people working there clearly dont know or care about service!!!

I went to east rand mall branch around past nine, they had only 2 people working there and the salon was already packed, i called the greenstone branch they told me that they have 9 people working then I drove there only to find the same situation only 2 people, later I think after an hour 3 guys showed up from the back side not that they made any difference because one will cut just one person and return to the back. Even if they were having breakfast u can not have breakfast right after u have started your shift... they might think we on their mercy but they not doing us a favor...

Barber cut me as he trimmed me. Its almost as though you at the mercy of legends barber. They too arrogant and they careless.They over rated.

I strongly felt that you can’t go to this barber if you have other commitments for the day because they are extremely slow, I took my kids to this barber and we were told on arrival that it takes about 45 min to shave a customer so we arrived at 09:30 AM just after they open, they immediately started working on my kids. The one guy finished quicker on my one kid but the other one finished at 11:15 AM meaning that he took an hour and 45 minutes, that’s almost two hours, I strongly feel that was too long, they should work on their pace.The staff at this branch also need to work on their friendliness and a smile for their customers, I didn’t feel welcomed at all.I also feel that it’s very unprofessional for them to ask me if I’ll be paying them a tip, it should be up to a customer to decide if they want to pay a tip or not depending on the service received, it seemed like I was being pressured to pay a tip.Nevertheless this place is clean and good looking 👌🏾

Barbers cut your hair for 10 minutes, the go cut another customers hair in the meantime and make you wait for long periods of time

They really are the legends of haircuts, the only problem is the waiting time but what else can you expect from such an amazing place.

The overall customer care was excellent, just a little dissatisfied with the way they did not follow instructions on how I wanted my sons hair cut

I arrived early at 08:15, & understood that a bit of a wait was necessary. But 2h30min is a bit much. I still left without a haircut because I was still waiting.

This has been one of the greatest experience at a barber shop in greenstone I must say we have good hardworking young boys who has great potential. I like too say I love the service keep it up greenstone.I love your efforts I advice each and everyone too try it out.💈🙏

Not the best legends barber Ive come across, the skill is not as high as i expected it to be. However staff is very friendly

There was only 3 babers available to cut our hair on a month end weekend, with a long queue. I ended up sitting for a long time and not even cutting my hair on the day. Imagine!!!

By far the worst Legendary shop I’ve been to. Barbers let their friends skip queues, I was number 3 on the queue and got skipped by 2 whole people! They tell u ‘the guy was here before u and left’. They also don’t use the normal legendary queueing system (name in the tablet etc.). Their final touches (trim etc.) also suck, I regretted waiting…
