I had a gazebo made by the joburg branch 2017 awesome experience. Wanted the cover remade mine got lost somewhere. I supplied them with the proof of 3 years ago. They could not copy that design, i had to get my graphic designer in bloem to re-design it had endless issues to get a 300mb file to them theyre pcs crashed when downloading the file send to them by We Transfer (i could open the file just fine from my designer). Pick up date was given to me 23 dec 2020 i requested a earlier date and was told cant be done. I phoned to confirm pick up on the morning of 23 dec with no answer. I had to phone the cape town branch get a cell number. Big was my suprize when kim told me they closed for the festive season and asked if nobody notify me. As she was the person handling the transaction if she didnt notify me who would? Every frastrating working with them if i had not been forced to pay a deposit before they start any design work i would not have gone thru the 2 month prosess to get the cover. Good qualify product terriable sales and design team.
