If there was a Negative star I would give it to this branch. The service is absolutely shocking and the manager is most unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and dont visit this branch, unless you have ample time to waste. I could feel myself aging from the long wait!

Great service from Thembeka Phelekwa, helpful and friendly under trying circumstances, yes we had to wait quite a while to go in, there are queues everywhere you go these days, its how you are treated once youre inside that counts. Bless you and thanks again, Lesley

Very bad with communication, my money got jammed in their ATM last week and I was told it will reflect on tuesday and till today they havent returned the money and no communication what so ever I have to call them and wait for hours to be transferred to someone.

Please fix your ATM machine next to MTN at The Glen. Its one of the slowest machines Ive ever experienced. We have been waiting in the line for 20 minutes and thats with 5 people ahead of us.

Heres a tip: before wasting everyones time, train your consultants to do comparative costing before doing all the unnecessary and time wasting paperwork.Dont leave a potential client standing at a desk in the middle of the reception area while you go to the back and print paperwork.The consultant that I dealt with had to literally call a friend /Google to find out what benefits the specific card had as well as the monthly card charges (which are ridiculously high and not at all competitive might I add.)You also treat self-employed individuals as if theyre second class citizens but what you dont get is that we generate income and jobs in this country. I understand company protocol more than anyone else but the prodecures in place and what is needed in order to apply for a simple, personal credit card is to put it frankly, retarded and defeats the purpose by making it an awful and bitter tasting experience. (I will also add that I actually already have a platinum credit card which Ive had for a couple of years now alongside a squeaky clean credit history).In conclusion: train your staff, Im appalled at the level of service I received and the competency/mentality that went with it and compare your costing plus benefits to other banks in S.A. You are not at all competitive.

I went into the branch to change my contact number on all correspondence, they did not change the number and I still do not receive my OTP on my new number. I have been trying to call the last two weeks and they never answer phones.

My wait was 40 minutes to be attended to by teller for a deposit. I saw only 3 tellers operating in 13 booths. The wifi doesnt work. The service is not up to standard 😑
