They have very slow moving Ques especially to the telkers, you stay forever on the que , the one star i gave them is for clealiness and aadherence to the Covid 19 regulations, youll should have sense of emergence.

In actual fact - criminals win - FNB has no sympathy in a person being a victim to fraud but they certainly are ok with these people freely walking away with money thats not theirs. Very beautiful building, beautiful view, and yeah the staff in the bank were quite helpful as they should be.... Not to mention the guys who work in the building on other offices, always willing to help if you need directions! Big up, and hey sorry for those who didnt get good service but I think the reason for that is not asking possibly because you think you know everything or maybe you are too proud, ask exactly what you need and you shall be helped accordingly... FNB Bank City is one of the most cleanest places to have a chill session especially in such a place as Johannesburg CBD.It truly is a little place to be simply to enjoy yourself if youre around town or just for the experience it is.

Incompetent staff, no help got given a ticket then the number was not called then told to sit by a counter then the agent left and was waiting ages kept asking for a new ticket then told to wait by the counter where there is no agent. What the hell? Honestly worst FNB branch I have been too

VERY disappointed with the service, booked in advance for a team lunch and manager could not coordinate accordingly. We waited an Hour after the set time to be attended to.
