Im literally shocked at how the standards of ABSA bank has fallen. A month ago I asked a Financial adviser to do specific things with my money in my account and he did the opposite. They cant solve my Login into ABSA bank app after I have been to the bank 5 times to solve the problem. I will not recommend opening an account or invest money at ABSA.After 25 years of being a customer at ABSA Im considering of closing all my accounts and move my money to a bank that listens, do what I ask them to do, have lower banking charges and do not constantly feel like Im in the dark with regards to information I want to see.Im not surprised a small bank like Capitec surpassed ABSA in the top 3 banks in SA.

Absolutely terrible service. Disorganized, seem to not know their job descriptions and unprofessional at reception. They need to get professionalism tips from ABSA Bracken City.
Critical service.I ordered rupees from khanyisani on Saturday the 4th jan 2020 via e mail and spoken to him via telephone he promised I will have my rupees on Tuesday the 7th jan 2020 as I am leaving to Mauritius on the 8th jan 2020 I called the bank on Tuesday at about 12 am to confirm if my rupees have arrived only to hear that they forgot to order it. How incompetent is this all I get is an apology and ended buying dollars of which I didnt want. Im deciding to move my 3 accounts to another bank. Really upset at absa glen.

Absa The Glen branch client services is absolutely pathetic. Stand in a queue for 40 minutes to an hour every time I come here. With 2 consultants working at 9 in the morning. Most unhelpful and rude client services. The branch manager just walks past each client with her coffee. Regardless of the fact that Im here because of there error on my card. Pathetic service.
Very Unhelpful saterday 23rd feb 2019 went in showed email stating my card is ready to collect and the lady said she cant do anything cos on her side doesnt show not even asking for a reference to check system or anything just brushes me off and laughs with coleuge next to her... Today call into branch asking if card can be delivered get told no must come to branch for that to be arranged.. But then I would just collect the card myself... Redeculas is that how u treat a new client...
Absa bank sign says open 830am. Its 9:07 am and still not open. No other signs no staff .just clients like myself waiting outside. Absolutely pathetic
Absa the Glen service is very very poor if youre going to wait for an hour to get to a tailer nooooo thats not profational please improve your service
