This branch consultants are well their service is also good, however the reception is a bit far from the entrance so you have to get straight inside before you can notice that theres a receptionist. At the previous place the receptionist was at the entrance making it easy for someone whos overwhelmed to know where to go for what they need but overall I think the branch is... Good..
Slow and super inefficient. Came in with only 2 people in front of me in line. Still took well over an hour.
Absolute disgusting service. Nobody knows whats going on and the people working there seemingly could care less.I cannot even reccomend going to another branch because all Absa branches have terrible ratings in the region of 1 star.Will be closing down the Absa account and moving to FNB.

No one to greet you as you enter and to direct you to the correct person or department.And of course long long and slow queues.It feels like people who work in banks have never stood in a long and slow queue to understand how irritating it is.

Sent a plethora of supporting documents more then 6 months ago, just to get a credit card limit increase. Ive lost count how many times Ive gone in to the branch to resolve, every time the card division is phoned, every time they claim to have received and reviewed my documents, every time the limit stays unchanged when I get home.Have sent complaints and same documents to card division and they had it escalated, still, nothing changed. 6 months of this nonsense. I will close the cheque account and move to FNB, where my contribution is valued.

This is the Address for Credit Cards4 days, 5 phone call and 4 emails and a problem still is not resolved.Despite being repeatedly told that the issue is resolved.I am horrified by the level incompetence we have to endure and the absolute disregard for customer issues. Any answer will do as long as they get you off the phone.
Beautiful looking branch but who cares when staff are complacent and have no clue about cunstomer service. I waited in the wrong line for ten minutes only to be told to go to another counter. The customer service desk clerk was having a lekker chat with his colleagues. The guy in front of me had the same experience.

Terrible customer service. All I want is a business manager to over look my account. I am in Sandton, but currently my business manager is based at Eastgate. According to the lady I spoke to, I now need to go all the way to Eastgate to sign a form, so I can get a business manger in Rosebank. This is not that way to treat a customer. As a business bank, they should come to you, or at the least make it that I can go to Rosebank, which is much closer. Absa your service really needs to be uplifted. This is not service at all.
