The service is just pathetic. Cash deposit not working from tellers. Inside bank is worst Ive seen. One lady helping with deposit, very slow. Even tortoise is faster. I mean one hour to be served with one 6 people in front of me. Very pathetic service

I had to wait 1hr and 45 minutes for a debit card renewal. My friend had to do the same at FNB and was done in 12 minutes. Never in my life have I considered leaving ABSA up until now.

Slow service with some disguised to ticketing system which is a fuss. ABSA has always been backwards. If not benefiting illegally from the fiscus then they are up to something else.

Why don’t you answer your phone ????
